How fast will I get the book?
Usually within a few minutes of ordering. It's sent as a PDF to the email address you give us. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or email us and we'll resend it.
Is this a printed book?
Not yet. It's a high-quality digital PDF, so you can read it on a phone or tablet right away, print it at home or take it to any local print shop. Printed hardcover copies are coming later.
Is the story really written just for my child?
Yes. Each story is written fresh from the details you share: your child's name, age, favorite things, family and the moment you choose. No two books are the same.
Do I have to upload a photo?
No, it's optional. A photo helps the illustrations look more like your child (hair, skin tone and so on). Without one, we'll create a lovely character from the details you give us.
What happens to my child's photo and details?
We use them only to create your book. We never sell them or share them for advertising, and photos are deleted after your book is delivered. See our privacy policy.
What ages is it for?
Stories are written for children from about 2 to 9. We adjust the words and story length to the age you give us.
Can I order one as a gift?
Of course. Grandparents do it all the time. Use your own email at checkout, then forward the book or print it and wrap it.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Email us within 14 days. We'll rewrite it for free, or refund you in full. No hassle.
